.:: Moscow train bombings ::.

2 bombs exploded within an hour of each other on trains during rush hour killing 37 people. First of all, after the first bomb exploded and killed like 20 people shouldn't all train services be halted throughout the nation and subway stations be evacuated? the fact that there was still people in the subway station at the time when the second explosion went off that 17 more people were killed. The First explosion took place at 7.53am and a report that the subway stations were now totally empty was reported at 9.14am. Almost 1 hour 15 minutes later, seriously? 1 hour 15 minutes to totally empty out subway stations. This isint the first time bombings have gone off in Moscow, shouldn't the evacuation part be one of the fastest to make sure no further deaths take place?

Then it was reported that the taxi services were charging more than 4 times their usual fare to people who needed transport? great idea ryte? take advantage of those in need. These people should be charged! but going back to what I was talking about before, a lady from London quoted "Why in the world wasn't the Metro shut down after the first blast? I was somewhere in the Tube during the London bombings and it was shut down within half an hour." this was exactly my question, if they had done that, the casualties would have probably stopped at 20.
