The Sarah Payne murder in the UK, back in 2000 has a fair ending when the man who is guilty of kidnapping and murdering the 8 year old, Roy Whiting was convicted with life imprisonment for his evil doings. It was said that Roy has a mental illness and abnormal sexual desire. The pedophile kidnaps young girls around the age of 7 to 9 and imprisons them in his van. He was convicted 5 years ago for the kidnap and indecent assault on a 9 year old. Psychiatrist who saw Roy after the 1995 incident warned that he is prone to repeat his devious actions again. The psychiatrist was proven right when all evidence points to Roy. Sarah Payne, 8 years old was playing near her grandparent’s house when she was snatched away. She was found naked and dead 16 days later. Roy clearly has mental issues. Pedophiles are just so WRONG and TWISTED in so many ways. I believe that the verdict declares is a good thing. One less lunatic prowling on the streets is one less possibility of life lost.
